Every Nellis AFB crew is equipped for both the testing phase and the physical remediation that follows.
Every Drug Lab Cleanup job starts with testing, since remediation scope depends entirely on what contamination is actually present.
We test before assuming scope, since contamination in a former lab property doesn't always match what's visible.
Drywall, carpet, and insulation that tested positive for chemical residue are removed, since these materials absorb contamination that can't be cleaned out.
We test and treat HVAC systems separately, since ducts can recirculate residue into cleared rooms if left untreated.
Ventilation runs as part of the process, allowing off-gassing to clear before we retest the space.
Post-remediation testing confirms contamination levels meet applicable clearance standards, with documentation provided for the property record.
Buyers and sellers navigating a disclosed former lab property get testing and documentation timed to support the transaction process.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and a dispatcher asks about the property history and any known contamination before scheduling testing.
Once scheduled, a technician arrives at your Nellis AFB property to begin the testing phase.
Once lab results return, technicians provide a written flat-rate quote for remediation based on confirmed contamination levels.
Remediation is completed and the property is retested, closing with documented clearance results for the property record.
